This release includes the following features and fixes:

• The -deprecatedrpc=isfinalblock_noerror and -deprecatedrpc=isfinaltransaction_noerror options were deprecated since v0.26.2 and have been completely removed.
• The -deprecatedrpc=getblocktemplate_sigops option was deprecated since v0.26.8 and has been completely removed.
• The -deprecatedrpc=softforks option was deprecated since v0.27.0 and has been completely removed.
